- Contact form: your name, company (optional), e-mail and message. The details are sent by e-mail to info@ontop.gr and are not stored on the website.
- Visitor statistics: with your consent we use Google Analytics for anonymous statistics (e.g. pages visited, device, country). IP addresses are anonymised.
- Technical data: the server automatically logs technical details (IP address, browser, time of access) for security purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis

- Information about our services, only if you have agreed to it in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Embedded content

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations. Statistics are kept for up to 14 months.
